DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOP FOR SMEs with James Bourke, from Dolmen Design

Design Thinking is a methodology used by designers to solve complex problems and find desirable solutions for clients. Design Thinking draws upon logic, imagination, intuition, and systemic reasoning, to explore possibilities of what could be, and to create desired outcomes that benefit the end-user (the customer).

The overall workshop would be:

  •  Introduction to Design Thinking.
  • The Design Thinking Process, what is it?
  • Dolmen case study examples of the implementation of Design Thinking.
  •  1:1 exercise, using practical tools to apply Design Thinking to your own situation.
